Alex Beach Cabins Pet Policy
Want to bring your adorable fur baby on your upcoming holiday at Alex Beach Cabins?
No Problem!
We accept dogs on our Ensuite, Powered & Unpowered Sites at no extra charge! (Pets are NOT accepted in Cabins)
While we know most pet owners are very responsible, we like to inform all guests with pets about our pet policy while staying with us.
Pet Types and Limitations:
• We welcome dogs and cats as our pet guests on our sites.
• Pets are NOT permitted in cabins.
• A maximum of two pet per site is allowed, subject to availability and at the discretion of management.
Booking:
• Pet bookings are not available via our online portals. Please call our team to book your stay should you wish to bring a pet.
Leash Policy:
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your van / motorhome / tent.
Pet Supervision:
• Pets should not be left unattended at any time.
• If you need to leave the premises, please take your pet with you or arrange for a pet-sitting service.
Pet Waste and Cleanup:
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Bins are provided throughout the park for your convenience.
Pet Noise and Disturbance:
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause excessive noise or disturbance to other guests.
• If your pet is prone to barking or other loud noises, please take necessary measures to keep them quiet.
• Park management reserves the right to evict and withhold any refunds from guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive, or is the subject of a complaint/s from other guests with no refund of accommodation fees.
Pet Exclusion Zones:
• Pets are not permitted in Cabins, Amenities Block, Playground and Pool area at any time
Assistance Dogs:
• Assistance Dogs must provide the correct documentation and must be approved by the manager prior to booking. Contact office for more details.
