Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking is a contract that Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park will honour.

Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short, or you simply change your mind.

Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $30.00 fee, per cabin or site. However, your booking can be transferred to an alternative suitable booking date within 6 months. Sorry, but only one change permitted.
However, we regret that cancellations notified less than 4 weeks prior to the booking will forfeit the deposit. Refunds are not available if you cut your stay short or simply change your mind.

The management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary after booking.

Booked cabins and sites will be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged.
