Cancellations & Refunds

Your booking is a contract that Alex Beach Cabins & Tourist Park will honour.

Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.

Cancellations received in writing 4 WEEKS PRIOR to the booking will be refunded less a $30.00 fee per cabin or site. However, your booking can be transferred to an alternative suitable booking within twelve months.

We regret that cancellations notified less than one month before the booking will forfeit the deposit.

The management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary after booking.

Booked cabins and sites will be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged.
